Will meals be available to children during the school closure?

We as a District have set our core value as “Students are the Priority.” We want to ensure that all children are receiving food service while schools are closed. 

To that end, beginning Monday, March 16, families will be able to order lunches online and pick them up at one of two locations. The lunches will be available to all children ages 1-18, regardless of whether they are a student in our schools. 

To Order Lunches:

  • Preorder is encouraged each day
    • Additional meals will be availabe for students that drop in but availability will be limited.
  • Orders will be taken between 6 p.m. the evening before and 9 a.m. that day
  • Adult meals are not available for purchase

Locations available to pick up meals: 

  • Mercer Island High School
  • Islander Middle School

Pick-up times:

  • Between 11:30 a.m - 12:15 p.m.
