With the recent approval of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine for pediatric patients under 6 years of age, MISD and the Mercer Island Preschool Association (MIPA) in partnership with Costco Pharmacy, are pleased to offer the Mercer Island community a vaccination clinic for 3-5 year-olds.

We will host the vaccine clinics at Northwood Elementary school on the following dates:

During this clinic we will only be offering the pediatric Moderna vaccine for 3-5 year-olds.

  • Costco pharmacy staff are unable to vaccinate children under 3 years of age.
  • If you have medical questions related to vaccines or vaccines other than Moderna, contact your pediatrician.
  • For scheduling questions or to cancel your appointment, please email: covidvaccines@costco.com.

We are looking for volunteers to help run the clinic on June 30. If you are able to volunteer, you can sign up here.

What to Expect on the Day of the Appointment
