Learn about the Destination Imagination program at one of the upcoming information nights
Are you looking for an after-school activity that allows students to design, build, write and act in a creative environment? If so, you should consider joining Destination Imagination. DI (Destination Imagination) is a creative problem solving competition for 4th -12th graders where teams of up to 7 members solve long-term challenges in one of six categories such as engineering, fine arts, scientific, or improvisational acting. Groups meet after school one day a week and some weekends for building sets and props.
Parents NEW to the DI program must attend a REQUIRED MEETING on either Monday, September 23rd or Tuesday, September 24th from 6-7 PM. This meeting will be held in room 21 at West Mercer elementary. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Baxter at West Mercer elementary school.
