I love teaching PE! I love guiding students as they learn to work collaboratively while developing their motor skills, knowledge, and confidence! Physical education is a unique environment where students not only learn how to move their bodies and manipulate objects, they also learn about physical and mental health and life skills such as cooperation and perseverance ---all while growing new brain cells!
This is my 19th year teaching physical education and 23rd year teaching at Lakeridge. I am a third generation Lindquist to teach at Lakeridge. My grandmother taught here, my mother taught here, and now I proudly continue the tradition.
In addition to teaching PE, I love outdoor activities such as hiking, waterskiing, and kayaking. I also enjoy games such as bocce, pickleball, and kubb. Nothing brings me greater joy than dancing.
My office is located in the multipurpose room should you ever need to find me.
