- Follow these yoga poses to gain flexibility.
- Jump roping is a great way to get moving. Practice the different skills you learned in the Fall. Make a routine to show your parents or siblings.
- 3rd - 5th graders - Don't forget about all that core work we did this last trimester! Maybe you can challenge your parents or siblings to a plank challenge?!?
