Academic Tutoring Schedule – The Academic Tutoring Schedule is now posted on the MIHS website under “Students.” Check it out and take advantage of the support that is offered.

Senior Application Support – Along with the Counselor of the Day Table, counselors are available in the LPR on Fridays during lunches to assist seniors with college application and Naviance questions.

Senior Application Support 2.0 – In case you missed the presentation by Ms. Sutherin, the slide show presented to seniors and parents related to the college application process is posted on the Counseling website. Short videos that cover how to order transcripts and how to connect Common App to Naviance are also posted.

Rep Visits – Throughout the school year, several different colleges and other post-secondary programs visit MIHS or the local area. It is highly recommended that students use Naviance to access this list (visits for the week are also posted in the Daily Bulletin). To see which programs are visiting, go to your Naviance homepage and scroll to the bottom right hand side of the screen to the “What’s New” section. Then click “See all” to see the entire list. To register for a visit, click on “learn more” then “register.” Note that juniors attending the NACAC College Fair Field Trip (see below) should register for this in Naviance for the Friday, Nov 2 date.
