2nd Mirroring and Shadowing
3rd-5th Jump Rope time, form and skills
(K is not formally assessed first trimester)
Trimester Two = K-2 Locomotor Movement (gallop, hop, jump, etc.) and Underhand Throw
3-5 Abdominal Strength and Underhand Strike
Trimester Three = K-5 Hip and Lower Back Flexibility and Aerobic Fitness through running
