  • K-5 Summer School

    The Mercer Island School District will offer a four-week "Keeping Pace" 2017 summer program. It is available to current students in grades K-5 who meet the following criteria:
    • He/she is enrolled in the Learning Support Program; or
    • He/she received a grade of 1 or 2 in reading/writing or math on the standards based report card; or
    • His/her teacher recommended him/her.

    Walkers Club

    Walkers Club is coming back by popular demand! (Spring Session: Tues/Thurs April 18 – May 25) Our PTA needs volunteers to encourage (and monitor) students in this fun activity by cheering them on and providing them with charms when they complete milestones. The spring session will run each Tuesday and Thursday during lunch recess (12:30 pm to 1:30 pm).  Click HERE to read more and sign up!

    5th to 6th Grade Transition

    Dear 5th Grade Parents,

    Believe it or not, 2017 is the year your 5th grader goes to middle school! The transition process for students and parents begins this March and runs through the first day of school next year on August 30th, 2017. In anticipation of how quickly spring will be upon us, we want to ask you to please SAVE the DATE for all the following important 5th to 6th transition activities.     Kindergarten Registration for 2017-2018

    If you have an incoming Kindergarten student for the 2017-18 school year, please pick up and complete a registration packed in the main office.  Registration began February 1st, 2017.  The sooner you register, the sooner we can plan staffing and ensure we have everything prepared for the newest members of the Lakeridge community.  We are excited to welcome our newest Lakeridge Lions!

    Lakeridge Volunteer Information

    If you are planning to volunteer in the classroom, on field trips, for class parties or any school function you must complete the 15 minute Volunteer Training and Washington State Patrol Background Check.  Click HERE for all of the details.

    April 4, 2017 - The Mercer Island High School Robotics club was part of the winning alliance at the recent Auburn regional event, qualifying them for districts to be held at Eastern Washington University in Cheney.
