Elementary - Island Park, Lakeridge, Northwood and West Mercer

In order to simplify the process of providing information and then returning forms with signatures at the start of school, Island Park, Lakeridge, Northwood and West Mercer are continuing with the process introduced two years ago.  Electronic versions of all information is provided below.  On the first day of school, your child will come home with an Acknowledgment Form.  You will indicate acknowledgment and agreement with each item and return just ONE Acknowledgment Form per student.  We hope that reducing the amount of paper and having the information posted all year will make simpler and more accessible for parents.
 
Elementary Mandatory Information and Forms - The following forms apply to all elementary students.  Please read and indicate acknowledgment and agreement through the Acknowledgment Form which will come home on the first day of school through back pack mail.
