Mercer Island's Green Teams will be celebrating Earth Week April 17 to 21. Shoppers at New Seasons Market on Mercer Island will see the artwork of Northwood fourth graders on grocery bags in celebration of Earth Day on April 22.

KMIH, the Mercer Island High School student radio station, has rebranded as 88.9 The Bridge. The station offers students a unique lab environment for hands-on learning as they operate an FCC-licensed station.

About the District

Mercer Island is located in the middle of beautiful Lake Washington, within minutes of Seattle and Bellevue. It is joined with Seattle by the Interstate 90 floating bridge and Bellevue by the east channel bridge.
